Tuesday was Laughing Yoga again in Venice Beach early this morning. We must look like crazy people but I really don't care - I'm doing this for me. :)
Did walking/jogging tread mill style this morning too. Concentrating on cardio and speed....Pooh on less calories. Yeah on progress. (using Heart Rate Monitor) Like that I'm getting faster and stronger. :) Decided that I'll do a test run of 3.1 at the end of every month to see where I'm at. Plus I need to do more research on training.
Tried Laughing Yoga early this morning. Was fun...think it gave me the energy to exercise. I'm so glad that I started using the monitor again. I think it motivates me to push harder as well as keep me in the zone.
I'm adding training for a LA 5k Walk/Run for Victim's Rights. Usually I keep such things to myself but telling others will keep me motivated - can't back out now. Wish me luck. *lol* Also, Cutting down on the weights. Now 1(not 2) weight exercise per body part so that I can add a 5 k training program. If I don't, I will be living in the gym. Rest day today. Will begin a new month. Learning...
with the cardio that is. Always get burnt out on the StairMaster. Will try to do 29 mins - Have a program from Podfitness.com. If I don't finish will jump to treadmill (hope I remember my heart monitor this time)
OY VEY! 8-) I'm sore from all the exercise. Stretching, skin brushing and massaging daily helps.
I plan to keep up this exercise routine for a while before modifying to suit where I'm at in the future. Will keep thing flexible and no excuses. If I wake up late, I exercise in the afternoon.If I have plans that night..I'll go in the morning. Can't make it to the gym?Have a essential equipment and body only exercises to do/will run around the block for half an hour. My body and I deserves me taking care of myself!(Is that even proper grammar? Ah well!) :)
