well, the goal here is to get down to my goal of 199 pounds. I started out at about 365, and have hit a plateau for the last few months, I'm going to try and use this site to track my eating, and exercise and motivate myself to do better. I exercise all the time, the main issue is my diet, I eat pretty bad, I hope by making it public, I'll be a little more conscious of what I do eat. Anyways, wish me luck :)
