I'm back

Well I guess I'm gonna try to start doing this again went on vacation and slacked off the entire week so now I can only do half the work out I was doing before I left Oh well everyone needs a break sometime.

Well way to go me!

Tried to get 75 lbs up on dumbbell press and hurt my left shoulder, so I couldn't do any chest exercises today... decide to call it quits and then went to Mr. Gatti's and ate way too much pizza. Nice job me :'( Oh well finally got over the 211.8 mark only took 2 weeks and 2 blizzards lol

Volleyball Torney

Wow 3 games of VB isn't much fun my legs are pooped! Before VB i weight 217.0 after 213.7 yet my hydration was normal around 59.2 I'm hopeing that was lunch that I burned off that would be awesome!

Week 3

Bah week 3 was no good for me lost 1.5 lbs but went home for the 4th of July and gained back 3 or 4 pounds ah well was totally worth it ;-) Back to work!

Week 2

Yay end of week 2 and im down 6 pounds next week starting cardio on tue and thur and hopefully will be able to start cutting down on fat intake ... at least the bad kind ;-)

Workout 6/18/08

Wow today's workout was kinda difficult with soreness from Monday's workout, but I got through it had muscle failure on 6th set of incline dumbbell press but got a drink of water and was able to push out the last 3 reps! Friday is going to suck!!!!!!!!!!
