Subject Description
I'm new to Gyminee and wanted to join a group of people who knew what it was like to train most of their lives, play a college sport for 4 or 5 years and then lose the motivation to workout when its all over. I couldn't find a group that addressed that so here I am. Hope there are some others out there like me. My goal is to lose about 12 pounds and gain my sexy volleyball legs back!

I think it's a dirty secret
I'm pretty sure its something we "athletes" don't like to talk about. My husband just doesn't get it...how can you not want to run and lift anymore he asks. Well for me its because I have no big goal. Losing 12 pounds is not something that gets my competitive spirit going. What is your workout hang-up?
